Recognizing that warehouse jobs were wide open and that poverty-stricken people or ex-cons could fill them, social entrepreneur, Joe Deloss (nobul & Fresh Box), created a concept for a new workforce development program that takes blue-collared workers through a 4-stage accountability program. Then, once deemed motivated, reliable and loyal, they are sourced out to companies to fill a job void, while some of the employees return back to act as mentors to the rookies.

We helped with strategic grounding, naming and the identity of this innovative company, dubbed FrameWork.
